Purpose

Careonova exists to publish fabric care guidance that works in real households. Reader feedback helps identify: unclear steps, missing fabric edge cases, product-category confusion, or areas needing stronger sourcing.

This policy explains what feedback is most useful, how it is reviewed, and what actions may result.

What Feedback Is Most Helpful

To help us improve content quickly, include any of the following when possible:

  • The page URL (or article title)
  • Your fabric type (cotton, polyester, wool, blends, performance textiles)
  • What you tried (steps, products, water temp, soak time)
  • What happened (odor remained, residue, fading, shrinkage, irritation, etc.)
  • Washer/dryer context (HE washer, hard water, air-dry, high heat, etc.)
  • Photos (optional, if stains/damage are involved)
Tip: If an odor “comes back” only after drying or only when fabric gets damp again, mention that—this detail often changes the correct fix.

How Feedback Is Reviewed

Feedback is reviewed by Oliver Grant and prioritized based on potential impact:

  • Accuracy risks (wrong step, wrong chemical interaction, missing safety note)
  • Clarity gaps (readers commonly misunderstand a step)
  • Coverage gaps (missing fabric types, washer situations, or edge cases)
  • Evidence upgrades (better sourcing, clearer standards alignment)

What Actions May Result

Depending on the feedback, Careonova may:

  • Rewrite steps for clarity and sequencing
  • Add fabric-specific warnings (e.g., wool/silk/acetate constraints)
  • Add troubleshooting paths (odor reactivation, residue, hard water effects)
  • Update FAQs with clearer, mechanism-based explanations
  • Add or strengthen citations and methodology references
  • Publish a correction when an error is confirmed

Confirmed errors are handled under the Corrections Policy.

Where to Send Feedback

You can also use the contact options available on the site if shown. If you are reporting a factual error, include the source you believe is correct so it can be verified quickly.

Response Expectations

Careonova cannot reply to every message, but actionable reports (clear steps + clear issue + page URL) are prioritized for review and updates.

When major changes are made due to feedback, we aim to update the content directly and reflect corrections when needed.
