Corrections Policy

When Careonova improves, clarifies, or corrects content, we do it openly—so readers can trust the guidance they use on real garments.

Our Commitment

Fabric care advice can affect real outcomes: odor persistence, fabric damage, shrinkage, and premature wear. If something is wrong or unclear, we fix it.

What triggers a correction
  • Incorrect or unsafe instructions (especially around bleach, acids, heat, and delicate fibers)
  • Technical misstatements (fiber properties, chemical behavior, odor mechanisms)
  • Steps that are misleading for common washer/dryer setups
  • Broken/incorrect product category explanation (e.g., enzymes vs oxidizers)

How We Apply Corrections

When we identify an issue, we update the page directly so the correct guidance is immediately visible. Significant changes may also update the page “last modified” date.

Report a Problem

If you spot a mistake, email the page URL and describe what looks incorrect (screenshots help). If you have supporting documentation, include it.
